THE BRIDE & THE GROOM

We usually give last briefing to the bride for the proper pose while marching , while documenting the bride's preparation before going to Church. The flower should be placed forward in an upright position for the veil to be given emphasis with the bride looking chin up to the altar. "Bridal March" is one of the most romantic segment in a wedding ceremony, including the turn over. To give more romantic effect other couple usually chooses a Church with a big door, to be closed when the bride's turn to march comes. The door then slowly opens with the bride in front at the center of the light as the door opens. Twin Hearts Church at West Triangle, which is very near to reception areas within Timog or West Avenue, used to be the ideal church for this kind of set-up. The Baguio Cathedral is also ideal for this kind of setting.

We usually advise the groom with his parents to move forward to meet the bride for the turn over when the latter is about three or four meters away from the altar. This is to give ample space for the photographers and videographers to document the turn-over and to give a more romantic effect, where the bride and the groom with their parents meet somewhere in between.
